Flu Vaccine
For your convenience, our Department of Health nurses will be offering the Flu Mist vaccine here at our school on Wednesday, October 15th. Your student will bring home consent forms and an information packet today, 8/25/25. The consent form, which includes a front and back page, must be completed and returned to the school by Monday, September 8, 2025, for your student to receive the Flu Mist vaccine on campus during our vaccine clinic. Please review this packet, complete both the front and back of the consent form, and return it to the school by 9/8/25 if you wish to take advantage of this convenient opportunity. This year, our health department will be administering the nasal Flu Mist vaccine to every age group of students. No student will receive a vaccine without a properly completed consent form.

Per SAC guidelines our 6th and 7th grade representatives form the 2024-2025 school year will move up a grade level and continue to serve.

The Every Student Succeeds act (ESSA) requires school districts to provide parents with an annual state, district, and school status report. The Florida Department of Education uses data to produce readily accessible school and district report cards, providing transparent information to all stakeholders. The district report card specifically reports on progress toward transition students from one level to the next and reports graduation data. The reports can be accessed at
